Arg, Kabul – H.E. Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place in Urgon district of Pakteka province this morning, killing 15 innocent civilians and wounding another 24.

According to news, the enemies of Afghanistan carried out a terrorist attack on a hotel in the bazaar of Urgon district of Pakteka province which killed 15 innocent civilians and wounding another 24.

Expressing his deep sadness at the death of innocent civilians, President Hamid Karzai said “The enemies of Afghanistan revealed their non-Islamic and inhuman face by killing the innocent civilians who were working hard to support their families. They must understand that the peace-loving Afghans will finally bring peace and security to the country through their efforts and the terrorists will be brought to justice.

The President expressed his deep sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and instructed the relevant authorities to assist the affected families.
