Afghanistan's Deputy Minister of Justice, Dr. Qasim Hashimzai and Mr. Nader Nadery, Commissioner, Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (L) join Ambassador Samad and Embassy Counsellor, Mr. M. Masstan (R) at the Afghan House, June 29, 2006. Dr. Hashimzai is on a working visit to Canada. He met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, V. Peter Harder and Mr. Robert Greenhill, President of CIDA on June 30. He also participated in a roundtable discussion on "Building Justice in Fragile States" hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and International trade, and the Department of Justice, June 28-29 in Ottawa.
