The new Afghan Ambassador presents his letters of credence to H.E. the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson at Rideau Hall. The diplomatic and consular staff of the Afghan Embassy in Ottawa and the Consulate General in Toronto were present at the post-ceremony reception.
